For gin lovers the lovely Persie distillery offers a range of tastings and masterclasses.

There is no public transport from Pitlochry over to the wonderfully undiscovered East Perthshire however we run tours for groups from 3 to 12.

The route to Persie takes you over the Molin Moor through some of the most picturesque landscape in Perthishire. Optional stops on the way are to walk parts of the Cateran Trail or vist Dunkeld.

Take the local 82 bus from Fishers Hotel in Pitlochry at 17.50

Arrive at Inn at Loch Tummel at 18.20.

Enjoy a meal by Loch Tummel and book a taxi to take you home.

Dine by River Tay | Dunkeld

Woodland walks & historic Cathedral

Take the train to Dunkeld.

Energetic: Walk up to Pine Cone view or the Hermitage.

Gentle: Stoll along the river Tay to the ruins of Dunkelds medieval Cathedral.

Have dinner by the river at the Atholl Arms or Taybank

Book your taxi home to Pitlochry.

Get the 87 bus from Fishers Hotel, Piltochry at 12:20 or 15:35 to Blair Atholl
